Awww.... he will be ok, it just takes time for them to get used to the car. Maybe you can create some distractions like give him a toy, play with him in the car, or even treats (as long as he doesn't get car sick, which seems to happen the first few times they are in the car... but it usually goes away quite quickly).

Don't be tempted to avoid car trips altogether though - it's better to expose him to the car as normal and let him get over it. It will happen!

Good luck ;)

Aaaand, the thing that made the difference with Moose if you haven't already, crack a window. The difference in air pressure can upset them - the bits inside their ears are still developing at that young age. At 8 weeks I wouldn't be at all concerned with a pup not loving car rides.

Our first few car rides our puppy wined alot but we found if we turned the radio on he stopped and climbed into his bed and went to sleep. The first few times we didnot take his little doggie bed and after doing that we found that he was much more comfortable. He is a wonderful little furchild to take on rides, short or long. Good luck with your puppy.
