I was able to find 5 Sheltie breeders in Scotland, although you'll need to (and may have already) contact them individually to find out if litters are on the cards. As you have guessed not all dog foods are created equal! The ones to consider have high meat content and low (preferably no) grain. Dogs are carnivores and have very different dietary needs than us.
