Suppliments

Post by Jjennile » Tue Jan 20, 2015 1:43 pm

the solid gold flax seed supplement you list it with other vitamins but those other vitamins are are not listed on their website with the flax seed... but assuming they are just not showing it or i am having a senior moment and not seeing it ... will this supplement give a home made diet complete and balance status so to speak is there anything else a sheltie will need... to make sure they have the best health if I go home diet... I have been told that shelties need a diet of lamb, fish , barley , potatoes , peas and carrots but they really only want chicken and rice so i am at a loss as to what to do ... One gets so itchy with most processed dog foods and blue buffalo is the worst so i am hoping to find a good all round daily supplement that will help them stay healthy ...

Try VibrantPets. I have heard really good things about it.

There’s many suppliments to choose from and not all are necessary. Talk to at least two different veterinarians and solicit advice from others. Also many of the store reps are knowledgable about their products and you can price shop your local stores.

As Howard and Piper are getting pretty senior now I'm going to deep dive into dog supplement research and find out what Shelties really need. Watch this space, I'll post the final article here and on the website. Thanks for bringing this up!
